How do I know you will do a good job?
We recommend you check out our catering testimonials. If you and/or your committee have never sampled our food, we invite you to come out for a tasting. Please call Jay at 239-283-5577 to set up a time convenient to you. One taste and you’ll know we’ll do a great job for you.

How much notice do you need to book my catering?
For Drop-Off/Pick-Up Catering, we ask for 24 hours notice. However, please feel free to call us at 239-283-5577 for last minute orders. We’ll move heaven and earth to take care of you.

For Full Service Catering, we recommend you book as far in advance as possible, to insure your date is reserved on our calendar. Feel free to call us for short notice events. If we have an opening, we are more than happy to work with you.

Do you have any minimums for catering?
Our Self-Service Catering packages require you order for a minimum of 10 guests. Our Full Service Catering requires you order for a minimum of 25 guests.

Is Delivery Available?
Yes. We currently offer delivery to the following areas: Lee County. Delivery charges are based on distance from the restaurant and size of the order. Please call 239-283-5577 for specifics.

What levels of service do you offer?
We currently offer the following:

  • Self Service Buffet: Served in disposable aluminum pans and trays; perfect for leftovers and easy clean up. You can either come to our restaurant or have it delivered.
  • Delivered & Dressed Buffet: We will drop off your buffet, set it up and bring a table cloth, wire chaffing dishes and Sterno.
  • Full Service Buffet: We will bring out tables, table clothes, serving bowls, stainless steel chaffing dishes and serving pieces. Our Catering Captain will set-up and replenish your buffet and keep it tidy during your event. Afterwards, he will clean up everything.

What is your cancellation policy?
For all self-service catering orders, we require at least a four hour notice. For all full service orders, we require 72 hours, as we have scheduled staff and blocked off our catering calendar.

Can You Make Accommodations For Special Diets?
Absolutely! We offer vegetarian and gluten free options.

Can I Order Online or Get A Quote?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash, check, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

For your convenience, we are happy to set you up with a house charge account, with approved credit application. All outstanding invoices must be paid within 14 days of the event completion.

I only need some items catered. Do I have to purchase one of your buffets?
Absolutely not! We offer all of our catering specialties as a la carte catering items. Order exactly what you need.

Do you keep my orders on file?
We use the industry’s leading catering system to keep up with all of your catering orders and quotes. At any time, you can call us, and we’ll be happy to email you a copy of any order or quickly place a duplicate order for you.

Are there hidden costs with Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering?
There are no hidden costs with Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering. Our pricing is clearly outlined in the agreement form prior to your event, and you will not be surprised when you receive your final bill!

What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor event?
Our policy is that we leave it up to the customer on whether or not to cancel the event. We are fully prepared to cook and serve in the rain. Your deposit cannot be refunded but can be credited towards a future event.

Am I limited to selections that are on the current menu?
Our menu serves as a guideline based upon our most popular food selections. Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering prides itself on letting you, the customer, “customize” your own menu. We have a very talented and experienced culinary staff and if you would like to serve something that is not on our current menu, please consult one of our booking managers.

Does Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering offer food tastings prior to events?
Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering does offer food tastings booked at time that works for you and for us. There is a $20 charge per person for tastings and if you book your event with Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering that money is deducted off your final catering invoice.

Do I need to pay the service charge and a delivery fee?
No. If you choose a delivery and set-up option, you do not have to pay a “service charge,” only a delivery charge. Equipment pickup is included in that fee. If we stay & serve your event (fully staffed, catered event) there is a service charge.

How far will Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering go to cater?
Anything is possible. Please contact a representative to see if we will cater to your area.

Does Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering include china for weddings?
Yes, our formal menu does include all china and flatware. We try to make cost planning as simple as possible for you. Upgrades are available if you would like.

What if I am on a restricted budget?
We can customize our menus to fit almost any budget. Please contact one of our booking managers with your specific budget concerns and we will come up with solutions for you.

Do Bubba’s Roadhouse Catering Menus include plastic ware?
Yes, all items such as plates, napkins and utensils are already included in our pricing.
